MOTIVATION:
Faith without action is dead (James 2:17). Therefore, as faithful followers of Jesus, we find it our calling to walk in his footsteps and act in his love by doing what we can to meet the basic needs of those around us who are not fortunate enough to provide food or shelter for themselves.
More specifically, we found a huge community of people that call the streets of San Diego their home. We realized that San Diego isn't always sandy beaches and sunny days for everyone, that men and women even in this beautiful city are struggling to provide for themselves and their families on a daily basis. Our motivation is to ease this burden by loving others as Christ loved us.
MISSION:
To provide a meal, a prayer, and Christ's love to the underprivileged in society by seeking intentional relationships.
